28th June 1942: Sailed from Freetown on independent passage from Buenos Aires to Liverpool with 5,659t frozen meat.
5th July 1942: Torpedoed amidships and sunk by German submarine U 201 in North Atlantic, 120m EbyN San Miguel, Azores.
8th July 1942: Three lifeboats picked up by Portuguese ship LIMA and landed at Ponta Delgada.
25th July 1942: One lifeboat rescued by Portuguese sloop PEDRO NUNES and landed at Lisbon.
